The Experience
Every commission begins with a detailed brief. Before any event, Martina Zando Photography works closely with the organiser to understand the tone, the key moments, the individuals whose stories matter most, and the intended use of the final images.
On the day itself, the approach is one of considered presence, arriving early, moving quietly, and remaining attuned to the room without interrupting it. Genuine moments are found.
Edited images are delivered within an agreed timeframe, with expedited delivery available for press and time-sensitive content. All images are provided as high-resolution digital files, licensed for use across social media, advertising, marketing materials, and press. Short-form video content and B-roll footage are also available on request, providing additional assets for social media campaigns, reels, and digital advertising. For clients who wish to mark the occasion with something more permanent, a full range of handcrafted Italian print products is available, including event books, exhibition albums, and gifting collections produced by Florentine artisan bookmakers.
Location
Martina Zando Photography is based in Lincolnshire, with a private historic estate available as a venue for intimate retreats, mastermind days, and VIP experiences. The estate studio and 12 acres of secluded gardens provide an extraordinary setting for events that require both beauty and privacy.
Available across the UK and on location in Europe, with particular experience in northern Italy and the Friuli region.
